Delta Air Help Center is an independent flight booking and travel management service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Delta Air Lines, Inc. or any other airline. We act as an intermediary to help customers search for, book, and manage flight reservations.

3. Booking Services

When you make a booking through our service:

  • You confirm that all passenger information provided is accurate and complete
  • You agree to pay all applicable fares, fees, and charges
  • You understand that your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the operating airline
  • You acknowledge that we act as an agent and the contract for carriage is between you and the airline
  • Booking confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed are in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Fares are subject to availability and may change at any time until payment is confirmed. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely.

A service fee may be charged for bookings made through our platform. This fee is non-refundable unless we are at fault for an error in the booking process.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined primarily by the airline's fare rules. Our service fee is generally non-refundable. To request a cancellation or refund:

  • Contact us as soon as possible via phone, email, or live chat
  • Provide your booking reference and the reason for cancellation
  • Refunds will be processed according to the airline's policy and may take 5–15 business days

6. Changes to Bookings

Changes to existing bookings (date changes, name corrections, seat upgrades) may be subject to airline change fees plus our administration fee. Not all bookings are changeable — this depends on the fare type purchased. Contact our support team to request changes.

7. Travel Documents

It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any health-related documentation required for your journey. We accept no liability for denied boarding or entry resulting from inadequate documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delta Air Help Center shall not be liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines or third parties
  • Loss of baggage or personal belongings
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses arising from events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)

Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the booking in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Delta Air Help Center or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Make fraudulent or speculative bookings
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Resell bookings or act as a travel agent without our authorisation
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
